OPEN PURCHASE & RETURN

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (according to the Distance Contracts Act).

Open purchase only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in essentially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging provided that the product requires this. However, the product must not be used apart from this. If you want to take advantage of open purchase, this must be done within 14 days and the product must be returned complete, in the original box with a note that you want to use open purchase.

If you want to make a return, contact us at info@lumilashes.se and state your name and order number. We will email you a return slip that can be printed and attached to your package. Return shipping costs SEK 49. Don't forget to include information about name and order number in your package so we can identify the sender!

DELIVERY

Normal delivery time is approx. 2 working days after we have received your order.

All our goods are delivered by Postnord for fast, safe and secure deliveries. The majority of our deliveries fit directly into your mailbox, otherwise the goods are delivered to the nearest post office.

PAYMENT

Payment takes place via Shopify Payments where you can safely and securely choose between several different payment options such as Klarna or card payment.

COMPLAINT

We always check our goods carefully when we receive them from our suppliers and before we send them to you as a customer. Should you receive a broken product, contact us as soon as possible and describe the fault. If a product is damaged or does not measure up during use and a complaint is to be made, you are welcome to contact us at info@lumilashes.se with your order number and an attached picture or description showing what is wrong, so we can easily handle your complaint in the best way

We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, where the right to complain is three years. During the first 6 months, the burden of proof is on the seller (prove original error), thereafter the buyer has the burden of proof (prove original error).

When making a complaint, you state the order number and the fault/damage to the product. In the event of a return, it is important that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. We check all returned products carefully and in the case of a valid return, we cover the shipping.

In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

Lumi Lashes AB reserves the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent item in cases where an identical item is not available. In the event of a complaint where the customer does not request a new item, Lumi Lashes must refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 30 days from the date the returned item was received.

UNRELEASED SHIPMENT

For shipments that are not redeemed and the package is returned to Lumi Lashes, a fee of SEK 300 is charged to cover our costs for return shipping and administration. Please note that if you have regretted your purchase and want to return your package, it must be acknowledged at the agent and sent back to us.

NOTE! Packages must be picked up at the service point within 7 days, otherwise they will be returned, all according to Postnord rules.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Lumi Lashes AB guarantees never to disclose your personal data or e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. that police, prosecutors or the like request information.

FORCE MAJEURE

An event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen shall be attributed to force majeure. Which means that Lumi Lashes AB is released from its obligations to fulfill entered into agreements.
